Delivery

Delivery times shown on the website are indicative, corresponding to average processing and delivery times. To ensure these timelines are met, the customer must provide accurate and complete delivery address information (including: street number, building, floor, access codes, intercom numbers, etc.). Original Gangster commits to delivering Products and/or ordered Boxes within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the order confirmation email. If this thirty (30) day period is exceeded, the customer may cancel the order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and request a refund. (Timelines are expressed in business days, i.e. Monday to Saturday inclusive, excluding public holidays.)
We are sincerely sorry if there was an error in preparing your order. If you receive a Box with a missing or damaged product, please notify us via the contact form on our website by selecting "6. A missing or damaged product" as the subject, or by email at contact@ogscollective.com. Our Customer Service team will help you find an appropriate solution. Please note that you will be asked to provide a photo of your opened Box with all products.
Original Gangster delivers its Products in France and all EU countries and can deliver to any country upon request. Products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer at the time of order. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes. Ordered Products and Boxes will by default be delivered to the address registered on the account, according to the delivery method chosen when placing the Order.
Original Gangster delivers its Products in France and all EU countries and can deliver to any country upon request. Delivery is free throughout France. For deliveries outside France, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer, as products are invoiced excluding tax.

Orders

To own one of our Original Gangster Boxes, simply add one to your cart. Choose your Box, models, size and favourite colours. Once your cart is finalised, log in to your customer account or create a new one by entering your email address and completing the required information. Enter your delivery and billing address, choose the delivery method and payment method. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Note that the email may sometimes end up in your spam folder!
Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing an order number. Please note that this email, sent to the address used to place the order, only confirms that your order has been received.
We recommend first checking whether the confirmation email is in your junk mail / spam folder. To ensure you receive our future messages, add our email address to your contacts. If you have not received any email in the hours following the order, please contact our customer service by email (contact@ogscollective.com) or by phone at +33 7 74 25 55 02.
Once your order has been submitted and your confirmation email received, it can no longer be modified.
Our goal is to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. While we do our best to handle cancellation requests, we recommend following the return instructions instead. The sale of personalised products is considered final and cannot be returned or cancelled. Payments

To protect your data against unauthorised third-party access, we use proven encryption technologies. Using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and 3D Secure procedures, all information regarding orders and credit cards is transmitted in encrypted form and processed in strict confidentiality.
At Original Gangster, 2 payment methods are available: credit card payment (Visa, Master Card or American Express) and PayPal.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the payment method once the order has been confirmed.

Returns

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return your order. Only unworn, unwashed, unused items with original tags still attached will be accepted. Any worn, used, altered, damaged or untagged item will be refused. Original Gangster reserves the right to refuse, at its sole discretion, returns of items that do not meet the criteria above. Depending on your delivery address, items may be returned by post to our warehouse in France using the return label provided in the parcel.
Personalised products and sealed items are non-refundable.
Additional costs related to express delivery, customs clearance procedures and taxes are not refundable.
To enjoy a free and convenient return, please use the return label included in your parcel. Returns are free from Metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco). If you do not wish to use the prepaid Colissimo service or are returning from outside Metropolitan France, you will need to send the items back at your own expense.
